WEATHER BLOG: Another Hot Day

Hi Everyone,

Slug it out for one more day and, as we have been discussing, and some FINE weather will be right here! As this cold front comes through, figure 4:30-9:00 PM, a couple of gusty thunderstorms are likely. Right now we don't see a lot of severe threat but this is something we will keep an eye on.

The weather headline still, though, has to be great conditions tomorrow, and into the weekend. Sunny with temps BELOW normal in the mid 80's. And much less humid.

A quick note..the normal daytime high had now dropped a degree. It was 88, now 87. The sun is slightly less high in the sky. Do understand we have plenty of Summer left, and more than one more HOT/HUMID spell left. But the science fact is we have started the long slide toward the end of this season. Time to make the best of what is left!!
