Amazon Hires More Than 2,500 Employees
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Amazon says it has hired more than double the amount of people it initially expected here in Baltimore.
According to WJZ media partner, The Baltimore Sun, Amazon expected to hire about 1,000 people at a new warehouse on Broening Highway.
But Thursday, Amazon said it hired more than 2,500 full-time employees.
