WEATHER BLOG: Some Sun

With some sun at times this afternoon, temps will end up a bit warmer than yesterday.

High temps is forecast in the mid 80s.

The atmosphere will become increasingly unstable this afternoon as it warms up in the low levels and dew points remain high.

Heights will also be slowly falling this afternoon as a cool front arrives toward evening. All of this adds up to scattered showers and t-storms.

We definitely have to cover for locally drenching downpours and strong, gusty winds with any t-storm that does develop.

Things will settle down overnight as we trend toward more comfortable conditions to finish the week.
