Missing Montgomery Co. Toddler Found Safe After Being Taken By Father

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) — A missing Montgomery County toddler is found safe and unharmed after being kidnapped by her father.

An Amber Alert was issued Thursday afternoon for 15-month-old Farah Eva Muhammed.

Police say her father, Jason Winston Kelly, had taken the little girl from her mother's home in the 18900 block of Smoothstone Way in Montgomery Village.

It's reported Kelly was taken into custody in Frederick, Maryland.

Farah is doing well.
