D.C. Police Search For Twerking Suspects

WASHINGTON (WJZ) -- Police in D.C. are having a tough time finding an unusual set of suspects.

Mike Schuh reports they're asking for help tracking down two women who went overboard demonstrating dirty dance moves in a D.C. convenience store.

Customers at a gas station on New York Avenue in D.C. got an eyeful after two women twerked and groped a guy on the phone. He tried to get away without much success.

"I can't believe this type of thing," said one person.

"That was right here," said another person.

"I think that's disrespectful of a woman acting like that on the street. If it was a man doing that, we'd be coming down on him," said a third person.

Well, that's what's happening. The D.C. police are taking this video seriously---they're even the ones who released it. They're asking everyone in the area to see if they know the women. If so, give them a call. There's even a reward if they're arrested and convicted.

Both of these women, if caught, are facing third degree sexual abuse charges.
