DUNDALK, Md. (WJZ) — A four-year-old was killed in an accident Sunday afternoon.

According to police, they were called to the 1900 block of Jasmine Road shortly before 1 p.m. Sunday for the report of a pedestrian accident.

The accident occurred in an alley off of Jasmine Road.

“I heard the mother screaming, ‘My son, my son, he’s dead,’ I felt very sorry for the family, my blessings go out to the family, said Annie Muncy, who lives nearby.

Four-year-old Benjamin Grimm was killed at the scene.

Police say the driver of the tow truck did not leave the scene and was not arrested, but the investigation is not over.

The family is trying to raise money for Benjamin’s funeral expenses.
