Teen Speaking Out In Sex Scandal Involving Former Subway Spokesperson

BALTIMORe (WJZ)--A teenage victim in the sex scandal involving former Subway spokesman, Jared Fogel is speaking out, telling Dr. Phil, that she was just 14-years-old when she was being secretly photographed by a child pornographer.

WJZ's Jessica Kartalija has the latest.

Former Subway spokesman, Jared Fogel, is accused of knowingly receiving child pornography secretly produced Russel Taylor, the executive director of Fogel's foundation, promoting healthy lifestyles among children.

"I did not have any clue that we were being recorded," said the teen.

In an exclusive interview with Dr. Phil, Annalisa says she was just 14-years-old when she met Taylor and started spending time at his Indianapolis home.

Dr. Phil: "You feel violated?"

"Yes, very," said Annalisa.

Dr. Phil: "And what has this done to you now, how does this leave you mentally and emotionally at this stage of the game?"

"I have nightmares, still have fears.  I don't trust people the way I used to," she said.

She says she and other teens hung out, drank alcohol and stayed overnight.

Dr. Phil: "In looking back, do you know where the cameras were?"

"I had read that there was one in an alarm clock because one of the videos show him adjusting the camera.I beat myself up over it, every day," said Annalisa.

The interview comes after audio recordings are released where Fogel talks about his sexual interest in children.

Fogel has pleaded guilty to one count of receiving and distributing child pornography and one count of crossing state lines to engage in illicit sex with minors

Dr. Phil believes Taylor was setting Annalisa up for abuse to take place and even seem acceptable.

Taylor has agreed to plead guilty to multiple counts of sexual exploitation of a child and distribution of child pornography, some of which, he shared with Fogle.
