WEATHER BLOG: Mild Day

Hi Everyone,

Listen up ya'll, this will be the last REALLY sunny, and mild day over the "Five Day Forecast", and possibly beyond. Matter of fact it appears Thanksgiving week might just actually feel like you think it should. (The way I gauge Thanksgiving week weather always revolves around if the temps on the Wednesday  night before will be chilly enough to be able to put a Jell-O mold, unable to fit into an already stuffed refrigerator, outside,  and keep its shape.)

As for moisture this week we could see a BUNCH of it on Thursday. A couple of inches worth. Fact of the matter is this, we may see some showers out ahead of that slug of moisture on Wednesday  late afternoon / Wednesday night. Dust off the umbrella it WILL be needed.

Normals are now 56/37. Today's records are 76-2005, and 19 in 1996. As I recall 1996 was a really bad Winter. ("As I recall"  being the operational words here. I tend to block Winters out. I just remember Jake was 1 in 1996 and it snowed so much  that we did what parents do to little kids for pictures. Dressed him for snow, took him out and literally submerged him in a snow drift. He clearly does not remember that but he has seen the picture and heard the story and to this day holds it, in jest, against us.)

Have a good day, enjoy this day, and we will see ya tomorrow.
