OCEAN CITY, Md. (AP) -- Ocean City Police have arrested a Delaware man wanted in that state after a single-car crash.

Authorities in Ocean View, Delaware, say on Nov. 17, 25-year-old Brenton Sculley of Frankford, Delaware, sped away when police tried to conduct a traffic stop. Delaware officers say Sculley flipped his car, then ran away.

Officers say they found 300 bags of heroin at the scene.

On Nov. 20, detectives in Ocean City, Maryland, spotted Sculley near 110th Street. Police says officers caught Sculley after a brief foot chase and seized 40 bags of heroin.

Ocean City detectives charged Sculley with possession of heroin and resisting arrest.
