Man, 23, Fatally Shot In West Baltimore
BALTIMORE (AP) -- Police say a 23-year-old man has been fatally shot in west Baltimore.
The slaying Sunday afternoon is the 311th homicide in the city in 2015. This year is the first time since the 1990s that more than 300 people have been slain in the city.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene of the shooting. Police have not identified any suspects. Homicide detectives are investigating.
