Human Remains Found In Cecil County

CECIL COUNTY, Md. (WJZ)—The Cecil County Sheriff's Office says they are investigating the discovery of human remains.

Authorities responded to an area just off the road, near West Chestnut Hill Road and Iron Hill Road, in Elkton on Thursday.

The Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore confirmed human remains were recovered.

The identity of the remains have yet to be determined.
