Roch Kubatko Of MASN Sports On The Orioles Off Season Moves So Far

Roch joined Ed and Steve to talk about the Orioles off-season moves.
Roch started by talking about Efren Navarro saying "Assuming he is still on the 40 man roster they'll give him a look but we've seen this before, look at L.J. Hoes...he's a left handed bat and he's hit over 300 in the minor leagues." Roch also didn't rule out a return of L.J. Hoes in the future because he is well liked by Buck and he wants to be an Oriole.
Ed asked Roch who could be the 5th starter for this team and Roch said "it could be Vance Worley, it could be Mike Wright...they're still looking but the challenge is they don't want to spend the money to bring in another starter even the second tier guys are too expensive."
Roch also talked about moves that could have been made this off-season and possible moves that still could be out there to be made.
