WEATHER BLOG: Chances of Rain

Hi Everyone!
TGIF!!!

I spread a lot of grass seed at the end of last week. If you wonder why it's been so dry I must be the reason. The weatherman's grass seed needs rain…YA LISTENING MOTHER NATURE? And again last night we got cheated out of some light rain that, all joking aside, we could use. We have, over the next five day's, two chances of rain. Sunday we have spotty showers in the outlook, and on Monday we have periods of rain in the forecast. Beyond that dry, and getting mild, again.

Today, tomorrow, Sunday, and Monday we will be 13 to 15 degrees above normal. The mild March continues. But into mid-week next week the WARM march returns. A big warm front is setting up over the South and moving our way. 72+ degrees is VERY possible Tuesday, Wednesday, and beyond.

Ya want to know why it is remaining mild, and getting warm again. It is because I spread grass seed. Not only do those seeds need some rain, they like it cool to start the growth period. I take the blame. But does this mean if I go out and buy a snow blower we will never see snow again? Based on that likely hood I am on my way to purchase one right now!!! A BIG one.
