Orioles Manager Buck Showalter Joins Us From Sarasota
Buck Showalter sat down with Rob Long live from Spring Training in Sarasota to talk about the team's struggles early this spring, coaching up his players and much more.
Buck explains how he and his staff map out strategies for training camps and work on how to get the most out of each player. He also says that the team is more important than any individual player. He preaches that the job for each player is to make life easier for the other players on the team. "You can't take yourself too seriously, but our guys know how important it is to their teammates. Do your job so well that someone else can do their's well. We all have to feed off each other."
He also tells us that he's not spending too much time worrying about the rest of the AL East.
