Baltimore Hospital Evacuated After Fire In Laundry Room
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital is evacuated after a fire breaks out inside of a laundry room.
Patients were wheeled out of the main building on hospital beds and wheelchairs. It happened around 3 p.m. Wednesday.
Hospital officials say smoke from a laundry room fire traveled through building ventilation and into hallways.
Crews were able to put the fire out within 45 minutes, and patients were returned to their floors.
There were no injuries reported.
