8th Annual Md. Half Marathon Held Saturday

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- It was a beautiful morning for a race. Saturday was the Maryland Half Marathon and 5K.

WJZ's Mark Viviano was there to kick things off.

Runners from all over Maryland and beyond came out for Saturday's race.

It's the eighth anniversary of the Maryland Half Marathon, which has raised more than $2 million for the University of Maryland's Greenebaum Cancer Center.
