Crews Battle 2-Alarm Fire In Laurel, Firefighter Injured
LAUREL, Md. (WJZ)—One firefighter was injured battling a 2-alarm blaze in Laurel on Saturday.
It happened Saturday night in the 13000 block of Briarwood Drive.
Officials say upon arrival to the scene flames could be seen shooting through the roof of the second story apartment building.
One firefighter was injured in the blaze. They are expected to survive.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
