Suspect Attempts to Flee Using Uber, Police Recover 17 Bags of Pot
BALTIMORE (WJZ)—City police have arrested a man in possession of 17 freezer bags of marijuana.
Police were called to the scene of an accident on Monday in the 4000 block of El Dorado Ave.
When the officer arrived, she observed an unoccupied silver Mercury that had crashed into a light pole.
Several citizens told the officer that the driver fled on foot. The driver was quickly located trying to leave the area in an Uber.
32-year-old Brandon McDaniel was later arrest.
Police say each of the 17 bags with marijuana weighed approximately one-pound.
