BALTIMORE (WJZ)– Police in Prince George’s County have arrested a school bus attendant for his alleged involvement in the sex abuse of two students.

Michael Patopie, 38, of Capitol Heights, is accused of  inappropriately touching two students, ages four and five, on a school bus last November and in May of 2016.

Patopie was arrested on Tuesday morning on charges of second degree child abuse, sexual abuse of a minor, assault and related charges.

He is in custody of the Department of Corrections on a $500,000 bond.

    When will prosecutors and the judges realize there is no rehabilitation for these sick animals? If you find something sexual about a 5 year old child, how is sitting in jail for any amount of time, going to change that? The first time someone abuses a child in that way, they should get a life sentence.
