UMD Police Search for Man Arousing Himself on Balcony

BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- The University of Maryland Police Department responded to an indecent exposure incident Wednesday after a female UMD student reported seeing a man arousing himself.

Around 3:13 p.m., officers responded to New Leonardtown Apartments in College Park after a female student said she saw a man arousing himself on a balcony.

The area was searched but police were not able to locate the suspect.
