Dallas Rookie CB: 'I Have No Respect' For Steve Smith Anymore

Tom Bogert, CBS Local Sports

Steve Smith Sr.'s fiery personality makes for fantastic viewing on Sunday's as his aging legs can still back up his legendary mouth. Sunday, his Baltimore Ravens traveled to take on NFC's best Dallas Cowboys and Smith was set up for a day opposite Cowboys' rookie CB Anthony Brown.

Brown was prepped by his teammates all week that Smith was going constantly talk. After the game, Brown said he lost his respect for the Ravens' wide receiver. While talking about Steve Smith, Brown also said he has nothing to say about Steve Smith.

"I had respect for him before the game, but after the game, I have no respect for him anymore," Brown said, via ESPN. "He's a real character, and I actually saw it for myself [Sunday]. I don't got nothing to say about Steve Smith."

Brown, despite that sentence, continued to have things to say about Steve Smith.

"Coming into the game, they already told me what kind of player he was," Brown said. "But until you see it for yourself, then you're just, 'Calm down,' but it's hard because he keeps yapping after every play. It's kind of hard."

Smith caught 8 of his 9 targets for 99 yards and a touchdown as the Ravens fell 27-17 to the Cowboys.

"I'd give all that back to win, to be honest," said Smith.
