Baltimore Man Dies 5 Years After Being Shot in Head; Homicide Victim ID'd

BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- A man who was shot in the head five years ago died on September 27, 2016 and City police ruled the death a homicide on Wednesday.

On April 17, 2011 around 10:15 p.m., 57-year-old Bernell Perkins was shot in the 3200 block of Vickers Road and died in September from the wounds at the age of 62.

Police have also identified a homicide victim from Tuesday, 32-year-old Walter Price, who was murdered in the 500 block of Random Road.
