WEATHER BLOG: Potential Record Setting Highs On Saturday

We have an easy discussion this day. Sunny and 82° today. A potential record setting day tomorrow with a high of 88°..(record 91° set in 1974.), Sunday is worth watching though. The "official" forecast is "mostly cloudy with a shower or t-storm in the area. a high of 75°."  But the computer tie-in that adjusts our graphics has made the symbol on the "Five Day Forecast" partly to mostly cloudy a change from total overcast. It did not, thought with the addition of some sun, move the temp up from 75°,  which would make sense. Point here is this. Clearly an adjustment is being made to Sunday's outlook. Just how much in our favor remains to be seen. We WILL monitor it closely for you!
