Repeat Offender Arrested For Weekend Murder

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Police have arrested a 26-year-old repeat offender for the murder of a man over the weekend.

Marcus Joyner has been charged with first-degree murder for the death of Tony Tingle.

Baltimore PD reports Tingle, 31, was fatally shot on May 6, in the 1300 block of N. Stricker St.

Police believe Joyner went into a house and shot Tingle.
