Baltimore Police Locate Family Of Confused Elderly Man

UPDATE: Leon Clayborn has been returned to his home and is safe, Baltimore Police say.

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore Police have located a confused, elderly man and say they need help determining where he's from.

This gentleman was found wandering on I-83 at Coldspring Lane. He told officers his name is Leon Clayborn but doesn't know where he lives.

Officers have exhausted every means of determining where Mr. Clayborn is from but have had no success.

Currently Mr. Clayborn is at the Northern District where he is being tended to by medics, as a precaution.

Anyone who knows Mr. Clayborn or knows of any family is asked to call officers in the Northern District at (410) 396-2455 or dial 911.
