WEATHER BLOG: Beautiful Spring Day Ahead Of Summer-Like Temps

Hi Everyone!

Simple, and fine, is this day's weather forecast. Sunny with a high of 80°.  A beautiful Spring day. Now we do know that the temps the next 3 days will be in the very low 90's. Can we talk record temps during this run? Tomorrow we can.

The forecast high is 90°.  The record is 93° from 1896.  The next two days in the low 90's are hot enough they won't be challenged! WHOA!

As we discussed yesterday temps in the 90's this time of the year while not common are not surprising either. it isn't snowing I am happy whatever the number!

The national high yesterday was 99°. That occurred in Presidio Texas. Now, and for the next couple of months, familiar "hot city names" like Presidio, and others, will become the norm.  For grins I will keep up with these. Let's see where the real furnace is over the Summer! I mean with weather as easy as this day's we will have the time, and space, to do so.

Of course "this easy' will not be the norm. But we can hope!!!
