High pressure that is currently building across the Ohio Valley and into the mid-Atlantic states early morning is going to provide the Greater Baltimore Area with a good deal of sunshine Friday, and temperatures will wind up close to 50 Friday afternoon. While there will be a bit of a breeze, it should average less than 15 mph.
