Jim Palmer, Orioles Hall of Famer, joined the Scott Garceau Show to talk about the Orioles and their playoff hopes. Jim talked about their pitching and how they have been so successful. Palmer also discussed the pitching style of Miguel Gonzalez and how he has been so effective against opposing hitters.

On Tuesday night, the Baltimore Orioles were defeated by the Los Angeles Angels 7-3. In the game, Brian Matusz and three others were rocked to the tune of 17 hits and four home runs. Actually, we should give Luis Ayala a pass. He gave up a hit and no runs in his only inning of work.
