Morning commuters dealt with some icy weather Monday morning.
More winter weather is moving into the region Friday after a very cold week. Here’s what you can expect.
Freezing temperatures and the threat of more snow continue to linger across Maryland. Snow fell Thursday morning–making for a messy commute.
Latest computer models indicate the forecast is pretty much on track. It will be a big difference over a relatively small distance across the viewing area so in any given place a small change in the storm track can make a big difference in what happens.
A strengthening nor’easter is moving up the coast. For us, it’s bringing the soaking rain that we need. Trees, lawns, and flowers are just exploding with color as they drink it up.
A dose of winter is now in Maryland. A winter weather advisory is in effect for the Baltimore metro area and parts of Western Maryland Wednesday until 10 p.m.
A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for most of the state (from Cecil County southwest to Montgomery County to everyone west of that) through varying times Wednesday night. For the immediate metro area, that advisory continues through 10 p.m.
There is another winter storm heading our way, and it’s going bring more than snow. There is a Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 10 p.m. Monday evening to noon Tuesday.
