PUSH511 is a great place to infuse a sense of competition into your workouts. It has two rules: no jerks and no whining. After each session, athletes times are posted on a board and there is a first, second and third place. This is not to make anyone feel bad about themselves; it is a tool to make each athlete try hard and get stronger than themselves and their closest competition. To keep it interesting, PUSH511 offers frequent skills clinics, advanced classes, rope climbing (like high school all over again) and even gymnastics.
