It's never too early to start teaching children about the heritage that has led to the advancements our current society reflects, and about the eventual goals we hope to achieve. The Reginald F. Lewis Museum has come up with a creative way of doing just that: it throws a birthday party that any child may attend. In addition to the usual party fair - cake, ice cream, songs and games - the party will show a screening of the children's film "March On! The Day My Brother Martin Changed the World." Children will learn songs about freedom and play games about tolerance. Along with the memories, each child will bring home their very own dream in the form of a craft project.
