Best Neighborhoods To Trick-Or-Treat In Baltimore

Halloween or All Hallows' Eve is a much-loved holiday for kids young and old. Celebrated each year on Oct. 31, Halloween is the time in the liturgical year dedicated to remembering the dead, saints and martyrs. Halloween is now known exclusively as an evening for kids and their families to trick-or-treat. This Halloween, be sure to swing by Baltimore neighborhoods for trick-or-treat fun. Neighborhoods offering an opportunity for kids and their families to trick-or-treat this Halloween include Federal Hill, Fell's Point, Rodgers Forge and Belvedere Square.

Known for its excellent view of the Inner Harbor, the Federal Hill neighborhood of Baltimore has "postcard-perfect walkable streets" ideal for Halloween! With "brick-front houses, cobblestone sidewalks and quaint storefronts" you and your little ones will have a blast as you trick-or-treat from door to door. Bundle your little ones in Halloween costumes and set off for an evening stroll on Halloween night in the Federal Hill neighborhood. As you trick-or-treat you and your little ones will pass many local shops and the popular Cross Street Market.

The Maryland Zoo opens its doors on Halloween to kids who want to trick-or-treat and their families. Each ZooBoo! at The Maryland Zoo offers families a safe and fun place for "free trick-or-treating, costume contests, fun carnival games, crafts, live entertainment, yummy food and more." ZooBoo! at The Maryland Zoo occurs Friday, Oct. 23, through Sunday, Oct. 25, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. ZooBoo! is free with admission to the Maryland Zoo. Come prepared, because this event will occur rain or shine.

Named for the Englishman who founded a ship-building company, Fell's Point is a "spirited waterfront community of perpetual celebration of Baltimore's British nautical roots." Fell's Point is located where Fleet Street, Eastern Avenue, Aliceanna Street and Thames Street converge. Unchanged since its very beginnings, Fell's Point features a neighborhood of homes for kids and their families to trick-or-treat, as well as restaurants and shops.
