BALTIMORE (WJZ) — As storms moved throughout Maryland Sunday night, some people experienced losses of power.

That number dropped steadily to 9,532 by 9:10 p.m., and down to 9,069 by 9:20 p.m.

This comes as heavy rain moved throughout the state, with strong winds coming through as well.
