They meet every Monday night in front of Federal Hill Fitness. There is no fee to join and new members are always welcome. The group meets to run at 6:30 p.m. In an effort to keep things interesting, the group alternates routes. There are no requirements to join. Anyone of any skill level is encouraged to just show up and see if the group is for them.
